Construction of PE ground source heat pump pipeline

There are two types of ground source heat pumps, open and closed. One is an open system: a heat pump system that directly uses water to transfer heat. The system needs to be equipped with sand prevention, anti-scaling, water purification and other devices. The second is a closed system: It is a closed system that is filled with antifreeze in a closed plastic pipe buried deep underground, and exchanges energy with water or soil through a heat exchanger. The closed system is not affected by factors such as groundwater level and water quality.

1. Vertical buried pipe-deep soil: Vertical buried pipe can get the heat of deep underground soil. ( 4) Lose the heating plate and operate the hydraulic device again to make the end faces of the two pipes that have been melted fully abut and lock the hydraulic device (to prevent rebound)

( 5) Do you keep it for a certain cooling time?

( 6) After the construction is completed, it shall be returned to the soil and put into use only after passing the pressure test acceptance.

( 7) Windproof measures should be taken during the heating process of the pipe. It should be carried out gradually during the cooling process, and it is not easy to cool down quickly.

3. Electric fusion connection (for DN≤630mm)

( 1) Fully insert the PE pipe into the PE pipe fittings

( 2) Connect the two wires of the special electric melting machine to the positive and negative poles of the electric melting pipe respectively.

( 3) Turn on the power to heat the heating wire to melt the internal contact with PE.

( 4) After cooling down

( 5) After the completion of construction, it must pass the pressure test acceptance before it can be sealed and put into use.
